Hello!
I am looking for a housemate to fill my spare double bedroom, own bathroom/bath, comes with all furnishings, shared kitchen and sitting room. Bills not included but council tax, water, gad, electric, Netflix, tv ect comes to £100, so total rent will be £750 per calendar month.
The complex has its own gym, free weights, cardio machines and weighted machines
Good transport links to Park Royal/Hanger Lane 5-10 minutes walk into central london.
Local bus stop 5 minutes walk which takes you to Ealing for trains.
ASDA 10 minutes walk away.
Bicycle store downstairs.
I am a clean housemate, looking for a friendly person to join me in my flat, ideally 25-35 young professional health concious :)
