This large double bedroom is available at The Collective, Old Oak building from March 24th (open to flexibility) with the stay during March being free and rent from April 1st.

It is a large double-bedroom with lots of storage, including under the bed, and TV screen. In the room there is also a large mini-fridge all for yourself. Large bathroom with shower which is shared with one other person. Both the room and bathroom are cleaned bi-weekly which is included in the rent.
The kitchen is communal, but most apartments are studios with kitchens so it is very rarely used, and it is cleaned daily. It comes with two stoves, two ovens, two fridges and two freezers.

In the building there is a 24/7 free gym, 24/7 reception, and 24/7 maintenance team.
In addition there is also a common laundry room, multiple work and study spaces, a game room, terrace and a small shop in building open late all days.

The contract is for 6 months until end of September with option to extend.

Happy to also negotiate additions, such as kitchen equipment and utensils, clothing rack and Amazon fire TV.
