I’m relocating to South London and looking for someone to take over my room and share the flat with my current flatmate.
The property is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the lower floor, with lift access. It features a spacious shared kitchen, made extra cosy by my flatmate’s beautiful collection of plants. There’s also a balcony with a table and chairs - ideal for enjoying the occasional sunny day.
The room itself is generously sized and comes furnished with a large bed and mattress, two bedside tables, and a grey cupboard. There’s plenty of storage space, including a rail for hanging clothes inside one of the in-built cupboards.
The location is very convenient: a Simply Fresh supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are excellent transport links nearby. Willesden Junction (Bakerloo, Mildmay, and Lioness lines) and North Acton (Central line) are both around a 15-minute walk or a short 5-minute bus ride.
The room will be available from 5th May.
Bills: ~160 pcm
Amenities: en-suite bathroom, private balcony, concierge, communal garden and roof terrace
If you decide to move in with a pet you *may* be liable to a higher rent. Needs to get discussed with the agency. However, the building is pet friendly.
Pictures incoming.
Additional details incoming/ due to change while confirming with agency. (Not for the worse)
