Hi potential new flatmate, we have a sublet going spare in our lovely house and we would like to find the perfect person to fill it up!

What we offer:
- A single bedroom with lots of light and potential to make it your own! We would empty the clothes rail and draws to make space for your things!
- On street parking, a garden out the back and beautiful communal areas (that we like to keep tidy and nice looking).
-The tube and two overground lines are less than five minute walk from the house. There is a Tesco express near by and a big Sainsbury's just 15 mins walk away. The neighbourhood is really pretty, with different cafes, restaurants and parks (our local one is Queen's Park).
- You will have four wonderful and creative flatmates, that love to live in a friendly home, cook the odd meal together, have nice chats in the kitchen and cheer each other up!

For our new housemate:
- This is an all female household, so we are looking for someone female identifying.
- Someone who is okay with our rules on cleanliness and house security.
- We want a person that fits in with the loving, calm atmosphere we have created (we're not a party house but we love a glass of wine or a pub trip occasionally).
- We are looking for someone vegetarian.
- We have an old and grumpy cat, so hopefully you are an animal lover!
- We are a household of creatives and artists so we welcome those with more unusual schedules and lifestyles.
