Hi, I live in a 1 bed annex in Dollis Hill/Neasden area. I have been living here for past 2 years. Originally I was with 2 other students, 3 of us sharing all costs but one has returned home and the other is moving out next month. There is large bedroom with 2 single beds which I am occupying one. The other room is the living room with large sofa bed. Looking for female tenants, prefer student like me. Rent is 1200 month, so will be £400 each for 3 of us, all bills included. Have central heating, kitchen, bathroom.
