Hello :) I’m Olly 28 (they, them, theirs) white northern neurodiverse fat trans queer. I’m an artist and work in galleries venues and events. I am looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. I’m a bit of a granny pottering about, I love to cook and you’d be coming into a fully equipped kitchen - I do eat animal products but don’t have any allergies. I enjoy watching telly and sharing music together as well as enjoying our own space. I want to get better at gardening so it’s a bonus if you enjoy that too. I enjoy having a sociable home and I want to do more gatherings, so I’m happy with friends coming round, my partner Dev comes round too, so we can just give each other a heads up. I’m not a big drinker and it’s not a big party house. I’m looking for a fellow queer person to share this little home with, someone who is creative and wants a safe comfortable home to be their own and to share.

THE FLAT is on a quiet street and the ground floor of Victorian terraced house, the upstairs neighbour keeps herself to herself. There is 1 step up from the street with the courtyard where the bins are then a shared front door that just has a bell for each flat and a threshold into the shared hallway with a door to each flat. It’s very 90’s magnolia walls and white high ceilings throughout and we can decorate just check with landlady. The landlady is good, she grew up in the house and is renting it with no other properties so she’s proactive. There’s a big separate living room that has a a sofa bed another sofa and 2 armchairs 3 chest of drawers and a big telly. Down the hallway there are 2 understair cupboards and the room advertised. Then bathroom with shower over bath sink toilet and vanity. Then 1 step down to the kitchen with a fridge freezer gas oven news washer dryer and door to the garden which is south facing and has 2 sheds, 2 washing lines, garden furnitures and a BBQ.

THE ROOM is 3.6Mx3M + 20cm alcoves with an east facing window that gets lots of light. The fur tends pictured is mine, you can have my billy book cases and tension rail as they fit in the alcoves. In the last picture you can see the king size bed drawers bedside table and there are 2 wardrobes but atm 1 is flat packed in the shed.
