Unfortunately one of our housemates (Me) is leaving and we need to find a replacement!

YOUR ROOM
The room will be available from 12th June.
It’s a large double room at the front of the house, ground floor, really easy access along with a ground floor bathroom a couple of steps away.
The furniture consists of a bed frame and a mattress.
THE HOUSE
We have a very nice kitchen and lounge area that has plenty of space for people to cook at the same time. The kitchen comes complete with 2 fridges, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The lounge area has a big TV for watching films/tv or anything of your choice!
We also have a big back garden.
You will be sharing the house with:
Richard, who is British and works is public transport.
Jola who is British and works in Hospitality.
Bart who is Polish and works in Property.
Sylvia who is French and works in Hospitality.
We have a cleaner who comes twice a month So the house is always kept clean.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is just a 3 minute minute walk (or five, it's debatable dependant on the walkers pace) to Dollis Hill station (Jubilee line)
The house is social and friendly so you would be coming in to a very welcome household.
if you like exercise then we have Gladstone Park just a 2minute walk away, perfect for playing tennis, basketball or football. And also great for jogging.
Exercise can also be done in the back garden!
The Dollis Hill and Willesden area is very nice in general.
The street we live on is a terraced street with mostly families.
The property is spread across three floors and is a well built/maintained (no squeaky floors etc).
Local shops are just a 5 minute walk, Willesden High Street has a great variety of shops which is perfect for grocery shopping.
Central London is 15-20minutes tube journey away (24 hour jubilee line on the weekends)
The available room is a great price and great location.
The rent for the room is £720 per month.
The monthly building charges are as follows. Please note that these are subject to change.
Council tax is £54.60.
Cleaning fee is £21.60.
