Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room, I signed a year lease but unfortunately have to move home early. Lease takeover would start on April 9 and end September 9, with the possibility of renewing. This is a wonderful place to live and I've loved my time here!

Details:
- £950pcm + bills (usually around or under £100)
- 5 minute walk to Dollis Hill tube station (Zone 3) on the Jubilee line, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Willesden Green station (Zone 2/3)
- Large, beautiful attic room (you basically have your own floor!)
- En-suite bathroom with toilet and sink, shower shared with one roommate in separate bathroom
- Safe, quiet neighborhood with big park right next door
Big Sainsbury's about a 10 minute walk away, small corner shops nearby

You would be living with 2 roommates (pictured), both PhD students who are very nice, tidy, and respectful! They would ideally be looking for another student aged 21-30, any gender is fine but must be LGBTQ friendly. We are also very friendly with the downstairs neighbors and often hangout all together!
