Pool table room, for those who fancy a bit of unwinding after a hard day's work.

A large 6. 4m x 4. 5m Kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances including an American-style fridge freezer with ice maker, Gemstone Granite worktops and a breakfast bar.

All bills are included in the rent, and we also have wifi throughout the house.

The house is split into 2 sections in the form of an L shape, the room available is on the left side, which is shared with 3 other bedrooms, the main lounge, dining room, pool table room and kitchen. The other side is where we live. So we are always on hand if you need us for any help or advice, for an emergency, or for simple little jobs like changing a light bulb, etc, or a home-cooked meal on the BBQ if you fancy it.
