Hey dolls!!

Our gorgeous housemate Chelsea is moving back to Aus😭 so we have a cozy small double room available in our lovely girls house in sunny Southfields!!

The room comes with a wardrobe, mirror, double bed and 2 chests of drawers - the room looks out onto the garden so normally gets gorgeous sunlight!! 🥰

The upstairs bathroom would be shared between you, myself and Izzy! The house is 4 bedrooms and is a 10 min walk from Southfields tube station and all our fave cafes!! (Gail’s, Nero etc) There are also a ton of local supermarkets near to the house, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M and S ❤️

Move in date would be anytime from June 18th! So just in time for Wimbledon season : )

There’s also a bus stop directly outside the house which is served by the 39 and 493 buses which is sooo handy!

Rent : £790 a month will all bills included! 🫡

Deposit is one month’s rent

You’ll be living with me ( 24 and a secondary school teacher from Belfast), Izzy ( 25, an accounts manager from Manchester) and Gem (24, a wedding dress stylist from London) - we’re super keen to have someone sociable and outgoing who’s up for being friends as well as housemates! We looove hanging out together, going for drinkies and having a good tv marathon!!
