•4 bed, 3 bath house in a gated community in Wimbledon with a garden that gets the sun all afternoon

•Huge master bedroom with its own en suite (unfurnished)

•Co-op at the end of the road, Lidl five minutes away

•Haydons Road Station is a two minute walk, gets you into Wimbledon in three minutes & London Blackfriars in 30 minutes. Colliers Wood (Northern Line) is about 12-15 minutes on foot or a short bus from the end of the road

•Wimbledon Park and Common are nearby for your morning run or better yet tinnies in the park 🍻

•Working professional, clean, sociable and a good vibe. It’s a really chilled house and we just want someone who fits in and can have a laugh with

•You’d be joining Ben (Sound Engineer), Mike (Sales) and Ewan (Law). Genuinely the nicest guys you’ll ever meet

•Everyone does their own thing but we actually enjoy each other’s company. Pub nights, films, cards, that sort of thing

•Garden BBQ summer is very much on the cards
