Hi,

Ollie, Fraser, and I are friends from uni and looking for a housemate to fill a double room in our house. It is a 4 bed, ‹ 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood (one stop from Tooting and 25 mins from central) on the Northern Line, with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms that are identical. We love the house and location (15 minute walk to Tooting and Wimbledon) and have been here for 3 years now but our other flatmate is going travelling and moving out of London!

Rent is £775 a month and with all bills comes to about £900 total. The contract will start on 8th August and is a rolling contract with the new renters rights rules. Our landlord has been excellent in sorting things straight away.

I work in consulting, Ollie works in data and Fraser is a Product Manager, and we are looking for a similar aged professional, who is social and likes to go out, but is also down for a night in chilling!
