We are looking for a 5th female housemate to fill the sizeable loft room in our Victorian terraced house in Southfields.

An L-shaped room, it's approx 20ft wide at its widest and 20ft long at its longest. Views to both the front and back of the house. There is space for a homeworking area, small living area and sleeping area. Large shared bathroom (one of two shared bathrooms) right outside the room, very convenient. Very private and quiet. Viewing highly advised.

Rent is £930 + bills of approx £53 pppm to cover broadband, gas & electric. (These can go up and down a bit.)

The house boasts wide hallways, eat-in kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), good sized living room with fireplace, conservatory and large sunny garden where we love to host friends and the odd BBQ in the summer.

We hope to find an easy going professional to fill the room.

About us:
We are 4 women who have all lived in the area for several years. We are aged 30 - 38, working in furniture design, property admin and education. We enjoy creative things like theatre, music, cooking and baking, movies, books and going to the gym. We enjoy socializing together when we can and respect each other's privacy at home.
