My two female roommates are looking for a flatmate to join our three-bedroom flat in Southfields from mid-September.

We’ve lived here for over two years and absolutely love the location. The flat has a spacious living room with a balcony, a kitchen, one bathroom and a separate toilet. It’s also within walking distance of the Tube station.

The room is £670 per month, with bills approximately £95 per person. This includes water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and council tax.

The room is partly furnished with a bed and wardrobe provided by the landlord. The other furniture in the room can also stay, if desired.

We’re looking for someone who’s social, clean and tidy! Let me know if you know anyone who’s looking for a flat and if you'd like more details. Thanks
