We have a big double room with plenty of space in our house located in South Wimbledon area within 3 minutes from the station.

We are looking for a third member of the household, and also couples are welcome. The price of the room is 505 per month and W e are paying now around 110 each of us monthly for all the bills.

It is a ground floor room with Eastward facing window . It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, two matching chest of drawwers and plenty of space if you would like to use a desk too.

You will be sharing the house with other two flatmates; one girl is Spanish and the other guy is Ukranian. Both work locally and when they have time they are happy to share a glass of wine or barbecue if the weather is nice! We also value and respect our own time and privacy.

There is a great access to shops and ammenities in the local area including Sainsbury and Tesco within 5 or so minutes walk. You can even get to Wimbledon Brodway and all the shops and entertainment in less than ten minutes.
