We have a spacious double room with private balcony to rent from 22/05/2024.

The property is located in Southfields - SW196JL, +/- 8 min walk from station (Southfields - district line). It’s has great buses connection, bus 39 (30 seconds walk) going towards Clapham or Putney; bus 493 (3 min walk) going towards Tooting or Richmond.

The property has undergone renovation along with a new kitchen, new toilet and whole flat was painted. It’s bright and cosy.
There are 4 flatmates living at the moment at the age of 22-29.
There is a one big bathroom with toilet , and extra small toilet. Wasching machine is located in the kitchen. Everyone has their own spaces (shelves)
