we are two friends , Thomas and Vasiliki ,we've known each other for 8 years and living together for 3 years now!
We are in search for a third person who is interested to live south area with us, colliers Wood, Mitcham or Stretham so we can get together a three bedroom house with a nice garden!
We come with a cat Macchia ! She has her own personality of course!

We both work as chefs so we love cooking and you are guaranteed to eat well around us and we love a clean and tidy house that is an important for our daily life!

We are aiming for 1k max budget each one of us including all bills!

We currently have a found a house and want to put an offer on Colliers Wood area but the third we were counting on pulled out unfortunately cause they wanted to go more central.
It would be 850 with ensuite top floor
We could consider couples but the price would be 1k plus bills.
You will need to commit to a 12month contract according to the agency and have a permanent job with income above 30k
