All good things must come to an end and after 6 fabulous years in this house I am now looking for someone to replace me as I am returning home to Scotland.

The Room: a double bedroom ensuite room in the top of the house. Full of natural light and critically, maintains airflow during the peak of London summers making it bearable to sleep - even for a Scot who can't handle the heat!

The House: there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (pictured), kitchen (pictured) and spare room that we use for drying our clothes (not pictured as it is full of drying clothes). Out the back there is also a garden perfect for hosting summer bbqs. Council Tax band F. The current contract runs until September but will almost certainly have the opportunity to extend.

The Flatmates: you will be joining three fabulous gals, one of whom I have lived with for the past 3 years. We all live our own lives but hang out together whenever we are kicking around the house at the same time.

The Area: the house is in an absolute prime location in safe and friendly Wimbledon. It is a 7 minute walk from South Wimbledon station and a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon station, with many, many amenities on your doorstep.

I am biased, but this place is an absolute steal at £735 a month + bills (circa £115) and I am genuinely gutted to be leaving this place I call home.
