Big house, 1 bathroom accessible to this room and an additional toilet downstairs. Big kitchen and living room. Garden with furniture that we love to use in the summer. Room comes with the bed and built in wardrobe, the rest of the furniture is not included.

Bills cost around £100-£150 depending on the season. That includes council tax and all utilities.

There will be a £50 additional charge on the first month in order to change the name on the tenancy agreement.

Great transport links! <5 minute walk from South Wimbledon (Northern Line) tube station. 15 minute walk to Wimbledon (Overground and District & Circle Line). Also about 10 minutes from the Tram.

House of 4, 3 girls all aged 24-28. We enjoy exploring London, cooking and heading out for some fun nights. We work in marketing, events planning and cabin crew.

Landlady is great and very reasonable. Viewings open asap!
