We a room going in September in Colliers Wood. Its a 4 bed house currently housing 3 postgrads and 1 public sector employee.

This is a fantastic and spacious 4 bed house with separate living room and kitchen. The kitchen is large enough for our dining table and a door separates the living room meaning noise is not an issue.

The area is fantastic with plenty of amazing spots short distances away. Tooting Market is only one stop away on the tube and is an amazing day and night market. Wimbledon is walking distance with theatres, cinemas, restaurants, and pubs along with SWR Rail links and London Trams.

The immediate area is also fantastic for amenities. Within a short walking distance is Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi, Gym Group, Curry's, Dunelm, Next, Lidl all nearby, in addition to local cafes, restaurants, and pubs, along with Merton Abbey Mills market only a 3 minute walk away by the Wandle River, offering a really great variety of Jamacian, Brazilian, Thai, and all-rounder bars and restaurants beside an amazing site by the river.

The tube will takes less than 30 minutes to get to Waterloo. Merton Council Tax band D with 25% discount as postgraduate student lives here.
