While it is not a home (Monday to Friday only) it is a lovely small double bedroom with ingle bed (please note photo pictures double bed that will be replaced by same pine Single). It is in a homely 3 bedroom 1st floor garden flat with light airy kitchen dining room TV and sofa and other lounge to relax in. You will be sharing with one professional male landlord.

Refurbished 11 years ago and fully furnished with separate washing and drying machine, flat is on a quiet accessible road. The area has a great high street and parks including Wandle Park 3 mins, National Trust (Morden Hall Park) 30 minutes, 20 min walk to Wimbledon, then up the hill to the famous common. There are about 30 shops/restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Large Sainsbury and M&S are just 10 min walk away.

It is very close to underground Northern Line stations, 7 min walk to Colliers Wood, and 12 minutes to Tooting Broadway. It’s a great commute into Central London, always a seat on the train every few minutes. It's on the Wandle Way Sustran walking and cycle path to Earlsfield Overground Station 10 minute cycle away. St Georges Hospital is a 5 minute walk.

There is a garden with mature plants (Wysteria, Lavender, honey suckle) seating, table and a shed for cycle storage, access onto the road from a garden gate onto a shared path.

There is no smoking in the flat and I do not want a smoker living here Im afraid, however occasional.
