Hi,

We are offering a spacious double bedroom in our newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat. Flat is located near Southfields Station (walk 5 min) also buses (493 and 39 etc).
Double bedroom comes furnished with: bed, wardrobe and office space if needed.
Flat comes with shared kitchen, two bathroom (which one is with shower) . Double room is close to the bathroom and has a lots of privacy from us.

We are very easy going family of 3 with one 3 years old boy. We love to cook healthy food, do sports (yoga, climbing, running,..), travelling and all the usual stuff. Looking for an easy going, non smoking flatmate.

The monthly rent includes bills (WiFi, gas, electricity, water and council tax)
