All working professionals who love to socialise with a beer as much as they love to have a chilled evening to themselves.

I'm getting on the property ladder so my move out date is fairly flexible. The tenancy is technically up in September but tenants have been renewing the tenancy every year for about 8/9 years now so I expect that to happen again. The landlord is cooperative and an all round good egg.
