A bright south facing room available in South Fields.

Excellent flat with very friendly flatmates. I'm moving out just to be closer to my university.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, large chest of draw, and a slightly smaller one, and a built in wardrobe. Although the room is a little tight, there is still plenty of space.

The bedroom is on the "ground" floor of the property, with the further three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is a loo, kitchen and large sitting room on the ground level, with access to the balcony.

Looking for someone to take over my contract for a month, with then plans to sign a years lease in mid august. The current cost of the room is £497 + bills, and will go up around 5% in august.
