If you're a girl in your 20s looking for a room in SW, I'm your match. My current roommate is sadly moving out so I'm on the hunt for someone to take over her room.

We live in a cozy apartment in Wimbledon, just a 10 minute walk from the station (District line, Railway, Tram), we also have a bus stop (Darlaston Road) right outside the front door for lazy days.

The flat is on the second floor, newly renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We also have a little garden.

Rent is £1.150 without bills, and the deposit is £1.326.90. The bills are £88/month, this is without council tax as we’re both students.

Our contract is until December 2026, if you’d want to extend I don’t think there should be a problem but not sure. We have a lovely landlady who helps out with most concerns.

I’m Tilly, 23 🥰 Am currently in the third year of my music bachelor. (So a student!) I’m born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden and moved to London 2023 for studies and for the London vibe ofc! Super tidy and clean if i say so myself ;)

I’ve found wonderful friendships with all my previous flatmates and would love to find a new one to soon call a friend :)

I love going out as much as I adore movie nights on the couch, also a fan of walks, a stroll in the city, a night out or a simple wine night in. I like my space tidy and clean but I'm not too crazy, a bit of mess can also bring out the homeliness in a house. Love fashion, design, concerts, food obviously, musicals, dogs!, travelling, coffee!! :)
