Myself (left) and Tyrone (right) have lived in the flat (4 bed) for 3 years, and 2 of our good friends are moving out! Preference for x2 girls to replace them (because they are generally more tidy).
The room pictured costs £970 a month. Bills are around £125. The lease will run from 1st August but there is some flexibility prior to that.
