Lovely, modern and well-furnished double room available with a private bathroom on the top floor, exclusively for your use. The room is spacious, with a king-size bed and plenty of storage space.

The house is in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from Haydons Road station, and a 10–15 minute walk from both Wimbledon Station (National Rail and District Line) and South Wimbledon Station (Northern Line), making it really convenient for getting around London. There are also plenty of bus connections nearby, including two bus stops just a 3-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, I’ll be moving out due to a change in personal circumstances, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here for almost 2 years! It’s a lovely, relaxed house with very little flatmate turnover, which I think says a lot about how nice it is to live here. The flatmates are quiet, clean and respectful of one another, so it’s always been a really easy and comfortable place to call home.

The property is well furnished throughout and also has a newly refurbished garden with decking, which is a great bonus, especially during the warmer months.

The landlord has also been fantastic - very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I’ve personally had no rent increases during my entire stay, and any issues have always been dealt with promptly. It’s definitely been one of the things I’ve appreciated most about living here.

Ideally, we’re looking for a working professional who’s friendly, considerate and enjoys a chilled, relaxed home environment.
