I have 1 double bedroom available to rent in Southfields area about 15 mins walk from Southfields tube station (District line). The area is served by the bus routes: 39(with the bus stop 5 minutes away), 93(with the bus stop 2 minutes away) and 493(with the bus stop 10 minutes away).

The flat is located in a residential area with close proximity to Wimbledon Common.

The bedroom is furnished.

The flat is clean and quiet and we are looking for a tidy person to share with, so we can keep it that way, you'll be sharing with 3 professional mature ladies and a resident cat. We are giving preference for girls, we’re more comfortable to share with other females.

The rent is £750, paid every 2 weeks; when you move in I ask for 2 weeks deposit + 2 weeks in advance (375+375=750).

The room is for single occupancy only.

All bills are included.
