I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing person to rent my spare room from 8th August.
My current flatmate has lived with me for the past two years, and we’ve become good friends, so I’m hoping to find someone who is positive, considerate, clean, and looking for a place to call home for the long term.
As the flat is peaceful and I really value a good night’s sleep, it’s important that you’re not a snorer.
The flat is located on a quiet residential street, just a 15-minute walk to Southfields Underground Station and only 4 minutes from the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Bus routes 39, 93 and 493 are also just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around.
