Hi everyone
We have a large double bedroom available in Wimbledon near Merton Park tram stop.
I am leaving the lovely flat and the other gals to get a place of my own!
Looking for a professional girl in her late 20s - 30s to take my place. Room is available from earliest 1st March.
A bit about the other girls:
Laura- Early 30s and works for the Civil Service. She loves music, sings in a choir and and plays in a band. Laura dog sits sometimes but not often and during the day while she works from home. It only happens maybe twice a month.
Beth- Late 20s and works as an Executive Assistant at a recruitment agency. Sings in a musical theatre choir, loves crafts and jigsaws.
Both enjoy going to the pub and for drinks with friends but are not party girls so looking for someone similar.
Bills come to about another £150 all in. There is a car space but we currently rent it out which brings in around £100 a month which we split 3 ways to help cover the bills. We get in a cleaner once every few weeks to help!
The room has really good storage with built in wardrobes and a loft space. There's a main bathroom on the first level (sorry the photo is sideways- no matter what I do it won't turn!), and a WC upstairs right outside my room which is essentially like an en-suite!
There's a garden space out the back which is great for the summer.
1 minute to Merton Park Tram Stop
10 minutes to South Wimbledon Tube Stop
10 minutes to Wimbledon station which has the District line and national rail
Really well connected!
Really good relationship with the letting agency and the landlords
