We are looking for a new flatmate to move into this lovely home on the 11th of August as I am abandoning my second family and moving in with my girlfriend.

This four bedroom house is large and very spacious, with two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. We also have a garden that comes with a built in barbecue and a shed at the back.

In the house we currently have Sarah, the bubbly South African who is generally found cooking for everyone.

Oliver, who's Welsh and is usually found coaching/watching rugby. (or eating the cakes Sarah baked)

Niamh, who's Irish and can always be tempted into having a glass of wine.

Last but not least, Joe, who thinks he's good at FIFA, but is actually very good at Mario Kart.

All the housemates are professional and we all enjoy spending time together and being sociable.

In terms of transport Wimbledon Chase is less than 5 minutes away, Wimbledon is around 10-15 minutes walk away, and South Wimbledon station is around a 15-20 minutes walk.
