We are now seeking a housemate with a similar outlook - the room would suit a considerate professional (no couples) with an amenable and mature attitude, ideally looking for a long term let.

Available from 17 September for a year; rent is £700 pcm plus bills of £100 approx. The deposit is £750 and 2 references (current employer & previous landlord) are required in addition to photo-ID.
