We are looking for one person to buddy up with us. You will have your own double bedroom in a 4 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a double bed. All has has been refurbished last year. Nice shared kitchen, two bathrooms, two toilets and a small yard where smokers are welcome to smoke. We have already lived here for a year and are looking for someone to take the place of a leaving tenant on the new contract. Please be serious about it.

You will be living in Raynes park with an Australian, a Nepali and a French, we are all in our twenties. Two professionals and a student.
