I’m looking for a friendly and respectful individual to rent a room in Wimbledon with me. The room has a double bed, plenty of storage. I’ve lived here for several years and never had any issues with the flat or the landlord. There’s a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a separate sitting room with gorgeous balcony for fresh air or a quiet coffee outside.

The flat is just a 10-minute walk from Wimbledon station and 5-minute walk to Wimbledon village.

Rent & Bills: £1000 per month + bills (approx. £200 each).

About Me: I’m a young professional who works in Hammersmith in finance. I’m in the office five days a week and enjoy socialising, cooking and finding new things to do in London - hailing from Newcastle originally.
