Hey there! We're a creative couple Michael, a teacher, 37 and Amelia an artist, 35 looking for a new flatmate to join our home near Wimbledon Common. We’ve got a cat called Neko who loves a cuddle. We've had great experiences living with friends and want to find someone new to share our space with.

Our Home:
You’ll be moving into a spacious, characterful house with a huge kitchen/living area that's perfect for cooking, hosting friends, movie nights, and games. We also have a bath, a garden, off-street parking, and we're just a 23-minute train ride from Waterloo. We're really conscious that living with a couple can be tricky, so we've made sure there are multiple cosy spaces to hang out in (including a spare room/den), so you never feel like you have to retreat to your bedroom.

We're looking for someone who is:

· Clean and Considerate: We're looking for someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, contributes to shared chores (like taking the bins out, loading the dishwasher), and respects shared spaces and belongings.
· Friendly and Easy-Going: We love a good chat in the kitchen and the occasional shared meal or film night, but we also totally respect everyone's need for peace and quiet.
· Responsible and Communicative: Pays rent on time, and is happy to communicate openly if any issues come up.
· A creative spirit is a plus, but not essential!

Important Note: Our house is old and beautiful, but sound does travel. We have neighbours above and below us, so we're ideally looking for someone with a relaxed, relatively quiet lifestyle.
