Hi there, there's a cosy double bedroom (fits a desk if needed) with a private bathroom in a lovely 2 bed 2 bath flat. It is a 9 mins walk away from Colliers Wood underground station and also with bus, national rail and tram links nearby. Flat is fully furnished, with kitchen, open plan living room and a lovely balcony. Sainsbury's, Lidl, M&S and multiple shopping centres within a few minutes' walk - so very conveniently located.
Me and my current flatmate have made this flat our home for the past 3 years and she's unfortunately moving out soon (exact date TBD but around first week of Oct). You will be sharing the flat with just me, a 27yo professional, who mostly loves calm relaxed evenings/weekends in the flat, but also likes to make plans & hang out with my friends. I am looking for someone who would appreciate to have a friendly relationship, while also respecting each other's space.
I pay a slightly higher rent for a slightly bigger room. Bills (council tax, electricity, WiFi) come out on average to £150pp per month depending on usage. A parking spot is available so let me know if this is something you're looking for as well.
Please respond with a little bit about yourself, your intended move-in date and when you'd be available for viewings in September.
