I am moving out of London for work and looking for someone to take over my room. You’ll be sharing with two guys in their late 20s: Declan (Northern Irish) and Alex (English). Both are working professionals who enjoy watching sport, traveling, and going out in London. The flat has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The Ideal Flatmate: We are looking for a reliable, tidy, and independent professional in their late 20s. Ideally, you’re easy-going, social, and happy to fit into a respectful household.

The Flat & Garden: The flat comes fully furnished and includes a washing machine and a dishwasher, shared living room, a spacious kitchen, as well as two bathrooms (both with their own showers). It also features a private front porch off the living room and access to a shared garden (ideal for summer barbecues).

The property is on Station Road, right next to the Wandle River (excellent for walks). For commuting, it is equidistant to both Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon stations, taking just 5 minutes to walk to either. The location is highly convenient, with a large Sainsbury’s, M&S, and Aldi nearby. There are also plenty of good, reasonably priced pubs and restaurants in the immediate area.

Availability: 11th July. This date is fixed, as I leave London on the 10th and am arranging a professional clean for the room before you move in.

Rent: £866 per month (Note: this is the current rate and may potentially see a slight increase, to be confirmed by the landlord). Bills: Circa £100 per month.
