A comfortable, fully serviced room available for a working professional requiring accommodation 5 nights per week, ideally **Monday–Friday** or **Sunday evening–Friday morning.

This would particularly suit someone who works in the Dorset area during the week but returns home at weekends.

I've been extremely lucky to have had a young man lodging here for the past two years while working locally as an apprentice. The arrangement has worked brilliantly, so I'm hoping to find someone equally lovely with a friendly, happy-go-lucky personality who is looking for a comfortable home-from-home during the working week.

I see it as my job to make you feel comfortable and welcome, and yours simply to respect my home and clean up after yourself when using shared areas such as the kitchen.

Temporary contracts where a contractor may need a 7 day stay for a period of at least 6 weeks can be arranged.

This let is under a lodger agreement not full tenancy and cannot be someone's full time registered address.
