I have a lovely double room available for long term let. I have recently moved to the area and am a solo occupant, living with my very cuddly & loving cocker spaniel. Due to work & life, I am seldom here so the cost will be mostly your own.
The accomodation is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat albeit you’d think it was a bungalow! A very large private sun trap of a garden out the back (paved & grass) & 1 off-road parking space available at the front of the property for you also. Shared bathroom with a walk in shower, shared lounge area and big kitchen with lots of storage. The flat has been recently decorated when I moved in.

I am a clean non-smoker who loves the outdoors, walking, running, gym, coffee and a cocktail. I am a massive foodie and lead a pretty chilled country lifestyle. The room is also suitable for someone who works from home / hybrid worker.

Looking for a working professional who loves the chilled side of life. the house is fully furnished, with the bedroom itself having a large built in wardrobe & chest of drawers & a desk if you would like it, the only thing the room currently doesn’t have is a bed.

Additionally, if you’re looking for a mon-Friday let this is definitely possible & price can reflect this.
Some bills are included in the price, with a small additional charge towards water, electric & wifi (which is full fibre).
