Bathroom is only shared with family member when staying over. Must like dogs as we have one family dog in residence and one family dog who visits regularly.

Property in a great location - one minute walk to bus stop which takes you directly into the city centre (approx., 10-15 min ride), and has a stop right by the Train Station.

The house is also only a two minute walk to shop/ post office, Indian takeaway, fast food van & a pharmacy. Also, a Tesco Express, and two lovely local pubs both in walking distance.

Private off road parking bay available
