A comfortable double room is available in our welcoming family home from June. You’ll be sharing the family bathroom with one other (me). The room is on the first floor at the back of the house. The bed is an ottoman with plenty of storage underneath. There is a large desk and desk light plus a Drysoon so that you can always dry your washing without waiting for the family drier.
I’m an HR professional who works from home most of the week and I live with my 18 year-old son, who’s takes his A Levels this summer, and our very friendly golden retriever. My daughter is at university and joins us during holidays.
We’re looking for an independent, clean, and tidy lodger who enjoys a peaceful home environment. You will need to like dogs (he’s very friendly). As I work from home four days a week ideally we are looking for someone who works elsewhere during the day. Since this is a family home understanding the nuances between lodging and a house share is important so that everyone enjoys their personal space and privacy.
The house is in a great location in Fulflood — close to the station, within walking distance of the university and hospital, with parking permits available.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, friendly place to call home, we’d love to hear from you.
When responding please tell me a little about yourself and what you are looking for. Can flex in start dates for the right person. The dreaded A levels coincide with the room becoming available so keen to get this right!
