Looking for a clean, tidy, and considerate housemate to share a beautiful and spacious home in South Wonston, Winchester. Your double room has a lovely view of the garden and is fully furnished with plenty of storage space - so you’ll have everything you need to settle in comfortably. There’s additional storage available in the garage too, so no need to worry about space.

You’ll have access to all areas of the house (except my private bedroom), including a cozy and fully furnished living room (large TV on wall for film nights), a well-equipped kitchen with a large double-door fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, and more. There’s also an office space that is perfect for working from home.

The house features one bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, as well as plenty of parking space – two spots on the main driveway and unlimited parking just 15 feet away at the end of the close. If you don’t drive, a bus service stops right outside the house going to central Winchester and Andover.

One of my favorite elements of the house is the lovely, flower-filled garden and its light-filled conservatory that sits beside it. Whether sitting in the garden or conservatory, these spaces are perfect for relaxing or enjoying sunny days. You’re more than welcome to make use of the BBQ for those summer evenings or get-togethers.
