I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a furnished double room in a 4-bed house share in Winchester. The rent is £750 per month, with all bills included.

There are currently two other housemates in their late 20s/early 30s, and the house has a shared bathroom, kitchen/living room and garden. The room also comes with a resident parking permit paid for until August 2026.
