Our room is available to rent in a two bedroom house located in Kings worthy, Winchester. Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by the beautiful Hampshire countryside.

The property is a one minute walk from a bus stop and a 10 minute drive (3.1 miles) from Winchester train station which has a direct train to London Waterloo. There is also a local shop 5 minutes walk from the house.

The house itself has a lounge and dining room, brand new kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom and a small garden for enjoying the sunshine.

All bills are included with the monthly rental.

There is a private car park designated to this street only.

Currently there our two occupants of one of the rooms. We are a married couple in our early 30s

There is a excellent WiFi and the price includes all bills.
