I am moving out with my boyfriend, so I am looking for someone to move in with my lovely housemate and take over the joint tenancy with her.

My bedroom is a very light, king sized room with a huge built-in wardrobe with overhead storage. The light pours in and looks over the garden. The house came unfurnished, but I am happy to leave certain furniture if that helps! You can bring as little or as much as you like of your stuff into the house.

The house is clean and tidy, with lots of storage, a well-kept garden and a garage. We also have a desk to work from home.

It is 15 mins from Winchester and 10 mins from Eastleigh. The on street parking is free and very easy. The neighbours are really friendly and put out our bins each week!

My housemate is an ecologist and enjoys all things outdoorsy. When she is home she loves cooking new recipes, running and walking around the fields near us.

Council band tax is C. And bills are not included, they normally average to ~£150-200.
