Hi

I’ve recently bought a house and have spare room available to rent. The house is in need of some cosmetic work has all of the amenities you need; washing machine, WiFi, big tv etc. I’d like a clean, friendly and respectful housemate. I work 5 days a week in education.

Although it is currently unfurnished I would be happy to furnish it if someone were willing to commit to renting the room.

The room is open to anyone regardless of age/ gender etc

I lead a professionally busy but otherwise quiet life. I’m friendly and clean .

Windsor town centre is a 20 minute walk and the area is well connected if you drive. There’s a gym 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive.

It’s 650 a month all bills included.
