My name is Paul and I'm offering a room in my flat here in Hoylake. I work part time as a nurse afar. I have a cat called Charlie.

My flat has everything you would expect, washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, all cooking provisions, UPVC windows, security doors and gas central heating, its very inviting, modern and warm. There is outdoor space available which is an elevated terrace. The closest train station is Hoylake about 2 minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants locally and a decent blend of shops, 2 small supermarkets, Sainsbury's (2 minutes walk) & Coop (10 minute walk), a larger Sainsbury's is located about 15 minute drive away in Upton. and the M53 motorway is a short drive. The beach is approximately 5-10 minutes walk away. There is plenty of parking in the immediate vicinity.

The shower room is fully tiled, powerful digital shower - toothbrush charger - Bluetooth ceiling speakers.

I'm looking for someone who is relatively quiet, and respectful of their environment, a non smoker is essential and no pet. My cat is elderly and I've had him almost 14 years
