We are a quiet and friendly couple with grown up children looking for a lodger in our 6 bed house. The room available has a double bed in and two chests of drawers and a desk and an office chair. The en-suite has a shower, sink and toilet and a little bit of space for storage. Rent is payable monthly in advance from the date we agree you move in. We have a nice kitchen, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have superfast broadband. There is good on-street parking. We have an elderly dog. Our children are grown up but come over every now and then and sometimes stay in their old rooms. we have two small grandchild. We can offer you references from previous lodgers! if you only want to stay during the week we could offer you a discount. We are happy with short term renters too, if you want to rent for just a few weeks then weekly we can offer you a £200/week as our rent. Ducklington is a quiet village but you can walk to Witney in 20 mins and travel to Oxford (40-45mins) and London from there. There is a bus stop near the house. Lidl and Costa are a 15 minute walk away. we currently have another lodger in the opposite room in the loft she is in her 20s very quiet and friendly and works locally. we would ideally like another female lodger no couples- sorry. Viewings from November 7th. Room available from 14th November.
