Furnished double room with your own bathroom available for rent in a clean and tidy household. The bathroom has a bath and shower, which I do not use as I have an en suite so is exclusively yours.
There is an off street parking space and good size garden, with an extra toilet downstairs. There is also a shed if bike storage is needed.
There is superfast broadband throughout the house and all bills included in the cost. Located in a quieter area within walking distance of the town centre, with a pub within a 5 minute walk and Tesco Express within 10 minute walk. Whilst currently no pets, there is a chance of a cat in future.
I work from home 4 days a week. I like to keep the house clean and tidy, and am looking for someone who will treat the house the same way.
