Hello!

I have a small double room available for a lodger, in Witney, from April 1st. It has a cupboard with a clothes rail inside and a bed with storage underneath. The broadband is also in that room so an excellent connection. It's is £600 pcm which includes bills. It's a 10 minute walk to the bus stop, where the S1 goes to Oxford, and 25 minutes to town. There is also on street parking.
It is a shared flat with myself and my three year old dog. I am looking for someone respectful and tidy who also is happy with a dog welcoming party whenever they walk in.
Ideally female from 23-40, in a professional position.
I have many interests but it would be great to align on at least one (Bonus if it's cooking)!
